This is a 1989 Terry Fifth wheel Camper. We have owned this camper for 4 years and it has been and is still a great camper. The only reason we are getting rid of this camper is we found a good deal on a newer camper with a slide out.
This camper is in great shape for its age. We have maintained the camper well and we take great care of it. We have never worn our shoes in this camper. The carpet and vinyl floor in the camper are in great shape and have no tears or snags anywhere.
Last year the water heater quit working on us so we installed a brand new gas only water heater. Those critters are expensive. We paid $400.00 for the new water heater.
The camper is 21 years old, so it does have some cosmetic issues, but none of which would cause any problems. Below will be photos of those issues. Over the winter the roof leaked and caused a few ripples in the wallpaper but no major damage. These older campers have roof sections and the seams crack and leak. I had a complete new rubber roof installed just three weeks ago. There are no longer any seams in this roof to leak in the future. This camper is ready for camping and will give someone many more years of camping fun. The camper is completely self contained. You can hook up to utilities at a campground or you can run it completely off of battery and gas power. The fridge runs on gas and electric and works fine on both. I run it on gas going to and from campgrounds to keep our food cold. The camper sleeps 6 and has two roof top air conditioners (can only run one at a time because the camper is only set up for 30 amp electric), a stove, oven, microwave oven, TV and a stereo sytem. It has small tub (could bath a child, but not an adult) and a roomy shower. I am 6 foot tall and have plenty of room. The camper has a lot of cabinets for storage.
Below are detailed photos of about every angle I could get and a brief description below it as needed. I am asking $3900.00 OBO. Thank you very much for viewing and you may call me with questions or to make an appointment to see the camper. If you found this link, you should have my number. I do not post my phone number on the web, so if you don't have my number, you can email me at rookie12w@yahoo.com and we can go from there.

Awning has one tear about 6 inches in it and I put awning tape on it two years ago and hasn't become any worse. The tape works well.
The center awning support was put in to tight and smashed in the siding. This is always covered by the awning whether up or down so it does not leak.

This mishap won me the idiot of the week award. lol I was pulling into a tight camping spot and cut it a little to short and hit another vehicle. There is not any structural damage at all, just cosmetic.
The Tires are in ok condition. I say ok simply because they have some dry rotting because of the sun. They have really good tread.

The shower surround has a few cracks in the plastic because of age. A little clear calking and you are good to go. Nothing major.

Master Bedroom

The whole underside of the queen size bed is storage. You can put a lot of stuff in here. It is a huge storage area. As you can see, we keep the TV in here while traveling so it doesn't fall off the shelf.
